Boys & Girls Clubs of America can be found throughout the country and on U.S. military installations worldwide, providing young people 6-18 years old with guidance-oriented character development programs conducted by trained, professional staff. has been implemented in Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the country, and has been a great venue for the Foundation to reach the age groups and communities most at-risk of drowning.
KidsHealth.org is the #1 site devoted to children's health and development in English and Spanish. Each year, over 150 million parents, kids, and teens turn to KidsHealth.org for expert answers, making it the Web's most-accessed site on children's health. KidsHealth comes from Nemours, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit pediatric health systems. Kidshealth® assisted the Foundation in developing several components of the program.
The Michael Phelps Swim School is a Baltimore-based learn-to-swim program for ALL ages and abilities. Cathy Bennett, who was Michael Phelps’s first swim instructor, created the program nearly 30 years ago. The Michael Phelps Swim School assisted the Foundation in developing components of time im(logo) program.

Special Olympics is an international organization that changes lives through the power of sport by encouraging and empowering people with intellectual disabilities, promoting acceptance for all, and fostering communities of understanding and respect worldwide. Special Olympics provides people with intellectual disabilities continuing opportunities to realize their potential, develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience joy and friendship. The Foundation has partnered with Special Olympics to offer the im(logo) program to Special Olympics athletes throughout the world.

Michael’s well-publicized $1 million dollar bonus from SPEEDO® was used to start the Michael Phelps Foundation, and we are happy to continue our long-lasting partnership with this organization. SPEEDO® has been committed to the Foundation’s mission, and has been a great support to not only the im(logo) program through Michael’s World Record bonus agreement, but also for our annual Michael Phelps Foundation Golf Classic which allows us to raise much needed funds for our programs.

Under Armour has been an essential supporter of the annual Michael Phelps Foundation Golf Classic which allows us to raise significant funding for our programs, but also has been committed to our mission and goals in Michael’s Olympic and World Championship Medal agreement.
